    A: Yes, We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Samples are free.
  • Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for the Himalayan salt lamp order?
    A: It's better to order one full container to save both of our costs. We accept less than container as well .
  • Q3. What about the lead time?
    A: Sample needs 1-7 days, ordinary order needs 15-30 days.
  • Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
    A: Depends upon customer's choice. We do air and sea both
  • Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on the Himalayan salt lamp product?
    A: Yes. OEM production is available and welcome.

    A: Yes, we are responsible for our quality and reputation.
  • Q7. Do you have a UPC list and pricing (preferably in Excel or Google Sheets format)?
    A: Yes we have , We have A special sheet for our customers, in that sheet you can see product picture, product rate , product code, product upc code, product name , product size , etc.
  • Q8. What is your average/estimated shipping cost to the West Coast, East Coast of the USA?"
    A: Because we are Wholesaler we ship in bulk only, we usually do sea shipment , for 20 feet container it will cost approx $1000 to $2200 for 24 tons of weight from our factory to Destination port.
  • Q9. Will you use your own shipping account ?
    A: Yes we will use our own shipping name from our side.
  • Q10. What is your handling time/how much time do you need to prepare your products prior to shipment?
    A: It depends upon the product.
  • Q11. How often do you update your inventory list of products?
    A: Usually It depends Upon Dollar. We update our inventory twice a year, add new products, and Check the Rates etc.
  • Q12. What is your handling time/how much time do you need to prepare your products prior to shipment?
    A: No one in the Himalayan Salt market has defeated us in time management yet, because it is totally handcrafted items and there are so much variety, it depends upon which items customer have choosen, average lead time is 25000 pieces per month.
